All new customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of their selected plan. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial.
If you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase (not the trial start date), you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
If you cancel your annual subscription after the initial 30-day period, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months of your subscription. The refund is calculated as follows:

For example, if you paid $468/user/year (Professional plan) and cancel after 5 months, you would receive a refund of ($468 / 12) x 7 = $273 per user for the 7 remaining months.
For subscription renewals, you may cancel within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund of the renewal charge. After 14 days, the pro-rata refund policy in Section 3.2 applies. We will send a renewal reminder email at least 30 days before your renewal date.
If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle (e.g., from Professional to Starter), the difference will be applied as a credit to your account for future billing. No cash refund is issued for downgrades.
